Coffo (“we”, “us”) helps you order coffee at partner cafes in Surat. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email info@sensussoft.com.
What we collect
- Account: your phone number and name.
- Orders & preferences: the drinks you order and their customizations, so your “usual” travels with you.
- Ratings: any star rating or note you leave for an order.
- Device/notifications: a push token if you enable notifications.
- Location: only if you tap “Near me,” used to sort cafes by distance — we don’t store it.
How we use it
- To take your orders and show them to the cafe.
- To personalize your menu and surface your usual drink.
- To send order-status updates and (if enabled) notifications.
What cafes can see
A cafe sees the orders placed at that cafe and, for those customers, their usual drink to prepare it faster. Cafes do not see which other cafes you visit.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to run Coffo (hosting, notifications) and when required by law.
Your choices
You can clear orders from your own history in the app, turn notifications off, or ask us to delete your account by emailing info@sensussoft.com.
