Terms of Service

You must provide a valid phone number to order. Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for orders placed from it.

Orders are placed with and fulfilled by the cafe, not Coffo. Prices, availability, and preparation are set by each cafe. Payment is made to the cafe (currently pay-at-counter / UPI). Coffo is a platform that passes your order to the cafe.

A cafe may decline or cancel an order (e.g. an item is sold out). You can discuss refunds for paid orders directly with the cafe.

Don’t misuse the service, place fake orders, or interfere with other users or cafes.

Coffo is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for the food/drink quality, which is the responsibility of the serving cafe.
