Delete your Coffo account
You can permanently delete your Coffo customer account and personal data at any time — from the app (Profile → Delete account) or right here on the web.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, phone, email, date of birth, photo and login.
- Your wallet balance and loyalty points (all cafés).
- Your memberships, saved preferences and table reservations.
- Push/notification tokens, so no further notifications are sent.
What is kept, and why
Past order and invoice records are retained by each café in an anonymised form (no name, phone or email attached) because businesses are legally required to keep sales and GST records. These can no longer be linked back to you, and your account can no longer be signed into.
Delete now
Sign in on this device first if you aren't already. This is immediate and can't be undone.
